Need Somone to sell my website

First the challenges in selling my site:

  • It has been just 2 months since the site was started
  • Page rank is zero
  • Alexa rank is around 5,00,000
  • No unique content
  • No unique design either
  • I will only transfer the domain and give the site backup. I am not gonna provide the buyer with any hosting packages.
Now the pros:

  • Movie review niche
  • Made $15 (approx) the last month and $35 (approx) this month using Adsense
  • Traffic is about 6.5K UV last month and about 10K uniques this month
  • Has about 1.5K backlinks
  • Can provide appropriate screenshots for Adsense earnings and Awstats traffic status
Note:

  • The traffic is black hat while the money earned through Adsense is white hat
  • I would prefer if u cud sell it on dumb sites like DP, etc lol I do not want to pay the fee both for u and also for the selling site (like the case of flippa)
  • I normally sell my sites myself but this time it is pretty young site and I just thought I would outsource selling

I have had similar comments on the other forums too.. well, I will lower the Alexa rank and get back to you then Hunwarrior :-)

Oh.. so for a proven income of two months $15, $35 (approx), the site would is worth $100. Is that your point then? I admit the traffic is pure black hat however the income is real.

I used to and still do for some well established sites... Do you think people on flippa consider buying 2 months old sites as well? I dont wanna lose the listing fee for nothing
 
one of your big problems is that the earnings may be real and can prove them but you can't prove the blackhat traffic and ensure that the blackhat traffic will continue without showing them how to actually do the blackhat traffic.

When it comes to putting together websites to resell at a later date you need every stage documented and proven.
