Need something that scrapes links from page

Hey everyone, first post here. If I am posting in wrong place, sorry in advance. I am in need of something that would go to a link like this. (And it needs to increment through many of them or allow for multiple links to be added)


Then I need for it to take a link from that page that would look like


However instead of the link, I want the text within the link.

OR it could look pull out the following links:
aim:addbuddy?screenname=fakeusername
