Need someone who can get me sales via email marketing and/or cold calling

I am looking for someone who is experienced in getting customers via email and phone (preferably in the USA and Canada). I am targetting any kind of small and medium-sized business, real estate agencys etc. At best those that aren't already ranking on page one in Google because they will probably be more interested in my services in order to reach page one.

So your job would be getting emails and/or phone numbers of businesses/shops and sell them my service, via email or phone (you are free to choose).

I am willing to pay $20 per successful sale which shouldn't be too difficult if you have a bit of experience and if you know how to write a good sales letter. As I am not US-based and have not that much experience with US shop owners and their behavior (haha) it would be great to have someone from the US who knows about this kind of stuff.
