Anyone out there good at making banners? I need some banners for CPA offers..weight loss, etc.

Why dont you just use the promo tools for the offers. There are loads to use within your affiliate network accounts. They are contained normally within the offer page section.

I can help you with that, you can see my portfolio in my sig. I don't have banners there, but you can look at the headers section (it's pretty much the same thing - some images & text).
