Need someone to host single 4/5G private proxy in Dubai

I'm looking for someone host me a 4/5G private proxy - preferably on an Android device in Dubai. It will be used for a social media account and nothing else so its not a blackhat/high risk activity. Just locating the account there. Only 1 is needed.
