need someone to help remove registration

i have a php file here that calls to another file for a registration key i am trying to remove this so i can install the script without the key here is the file if anyone can help id really appreciate it.

The main thing that script is doing is gathering configuration info and writing it to a file (db_fns.php) and then writing an 'admin' record to a database table.

yea i finally got the registration removed im not much of a coder i have removed some things from php files before though and installed 100's of scripts now im having a problem with figuring out exactly how part of the script works it is a javascript thing that gets triggered by the admin user somehow but i have yet to make it work. basically its a iframer script for my ppc site.

If you continue to have problems, I'd be happy to take a look at the entire script and see if I can make it work for you.
