    Hello,
First of all, thank you for taking your time to read this job position!
I need someone who knows how to promote websites. Basically, I'm struggling to get clients for my web and graphic design studio, so any marketing tactic/method will be great! I was thinking about scraping emails from facebook, Instagram or even from some web and graphic design websites that already have clients email list...

If you already know how to scrap emails using scrapbox or any other program this will not be a hard work for you. But if you know some better/easier method for getting clients please let me know and I will hire you!

Also, if we would work on scraping emails I would like you to create and send those email for me, as I tried once before but my email constantly ended up in spam and I had only 10 emails back then... My start budget would be 250-300$ per month, but of course, as I grow so shall you! (If I can get more then 5 A-class clients I will increase your rate immediately - my website is targeting only quality clients as we can compare to the best web and graphic design agencies)

P.S. There are a few of things to think about here. Such as how to send emails from my business email address to people's inbox and not spam folder. How to setup successful email campaign, what to write when they ask you how you got their email... But if you have some previous experience with that or any other marketing method you use, this should not be a problem.

    Looking forward hearing from you
    Faithfully,
    Nemanja

In my experience smaller clients are much easier to please than larger companies. You also get much more business through word of mouth marketing with smaller clients than larger businesses. You obviously dont get to charge as much as what you would charge a big company, but you also have a much better less corporate relationship with them, and that kind of relationship lasts longer and brings you more business over time.

I say this because you said 5 A-class clients, Im not sure what that means but I assume you mean big companies.

I recommend against scraping emails. You'd make a better use of your budget buying leads from Bing/Google/Facebook.
