Need someone to help me build backlinks from RELEVANT sites

I have a website in a particular niche and I need backlinks with anchor text from RELEVANT sites. Google will treat me well if I can get backlinks from relevant sites. My competitor is did this and is sitting pretty at #1 for my keywords. I don't have the time to do this, since I'm running a business.

Backlinks from sites irrelevant to my niche is a waste of my time. So I'm NOT looking for another blast from xrumer to a bunch of crappy irrelevant sites and forums.
