Need someone to help making me a bot!

Hello
I have custom imacros bot but it takes too much memory or it leaks memory.
I am not able to run more then 10 instances at the same time.
Can someone help me making a bot running as much as instances as i want. (100 instances atleast at the same time)
There is very easy thing (specific action) which i want in bot.
I want to make that it takes less memory
dont know visual studio will be good for it or not.

I dont have a big budget. the bot will be easy to make. i only need few features

i need 3 features in it.
Proxy support.
Follow other users followers like twitter.com/ladygaga go to this link and go to followers then follow them . after some time unfollow them.
Third feature if you can implement is speed internet usage (that means allow only 20kb to surf or so in 1 instance)
if not not an issue.
i dont care if it is browser based or not but it should do the job.
What mostly i want is to run many instances as much as possible which consume less resources(ram).(this is important)

with twitter only browser base bot work better and with browser base 100 thread practically not possible.

Nope, there are so many free paas that you could run whatever you want...Take heroku for instance most bots can be coded easily in the variety of languages that heroku offers plus its free
