Need someone to generate targeted traffic to my CPA offers.

The regular business i run offline has been struggling lately due to lack of time. I have some offers set up that I need someone to drive targeted traffic to as I'd like to concentrate more on my offline business for a little bit so I'm not going to have a lot of time for this part.
