Need someone from India with Credit Card/Paypal

The job is pretty simple and straight forward.

The credit card I got from the bank is not working in Paypal as the bank said the card needs to be activated for international transaction.

I'm not sure if Entropay will work so I'm looking for someone to send $150 and I'll pay them 5% extra through NEFT/IMPS.

Not sure if this would fall under the currency exchange rules (which are forbidden)

Might be worth checking with a mod to see if your ok with this thread.
 
I don't think some one will give you credit card or debit card. Now PAN card is necessary in Bank and all transaction can be track easily. Even in paypal for withdraw money , PAN card is necessary.

What about entropay?
F**K. Paypal account will be limited at any time. My account has been permanent limited and now 5 years passed and still limited. Paypal India support is worst as usual.

Which bank do you have an account at? You can activate it through netbanking as well and attach to your PayPal

Actually, I don't need the credit/debit card or PayPal account. I have it all. I just need to send some funds to another PayPal account since my card doesn't have international transaction activated on it.

Already talking with someone. Will update the thread shortly!

Central Bank of India and their customer support is a pain in the rear.
 
Indian debit cards need to be activated for international transactions, and most websites dont allow payment from debit cards in India, My advice, get a credit card
 
Well, ICICI and HDFC Works Perfect with paypal. I can send funds too.
