Need somebody to change a FB page name and merge

I have two FB pages. I want the name of one of them to be changed to the other one's name. And then I want them to be merged together. The one that's name is to be changed has 12000+ likes but the one with lesser likes should remain intact. I mean the url of the smaller page is to remain same.

Can somebody do that??

I highly doubt that. I used to know people who could do this, but that was a while ago. things have changed now, I haven't heard of any working trick in a long time, even if there would be I believe it would be pricy as hell.

Don't think this is possible. If you manage to get it done, do let me know the trick too.
