Need somebody good with javascript :)

I dont want to give all the details here, but i need somebody who could create a javascript gateway ( sort of like zango or cpalead ) but instead of installing something to get the "premium content" i want the user to simply imput their email.

Thats all i really want to say here, theirs probably a little more complexity to it that i can explain thru pm

like for example, i own a video site. I would like some code or javascript that when a user clicks the page for the video, something pops up that wont let them acesse the video until they do something. A gateway. In this case instead of filling out a survey or installing zango, i want them to simply have to enter their email. Then the gateway closes and they get their premium content.

There are already scripts you can buy for $10 that do this...

Oh forreal? what are they called?
