I'm just learning to setup my own high pr network. I use ExpiredDomains.net, set the filter to "no fake pr", pr 3 or higher, at least 10 backlinks, then I get some results returned. The problem is when I browse those sites in my browser, they are mostly PR 0 or N/A. When I found some sites that actually have pr as displayed in the search results (very few), it turn out that they have the status of "registered", I'm not sure what this mean as it show that it has already dropped. When I checked the whois data, I found that the domains are get renew already.

I tried to adjust the filter to show domain that have end date of tomorrow or several days after that, but it return no result at all.

So, can someone please suggest how to filter the domain results? And how to read the values of the "status" and "dropped" column.

And if you have any advices in setting up private high pr network for a newbie like me, I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks.

I kindly suggest you don't get any domain under 1,000 backlinks in majestic SEO or they will have a high turnover rate, as in quickly drop to PR0.

Hey Demon, I disagree with you and from my experience, even sites with a small amount of backlinks can still keep their PR for a long time. Please see below a bunch of my sites with their PR, External Links and Referring Domains. I bought them more than 6 months ago and they kept all their PR through Google's updates. I think it's more complex than that and that you have to look at the quality of the backlinks (footer, directory, etc. vs editorial links), that you have to look at the anchor texts (spammy vs natural), that you have to look at # of links on the page linking to you, etc.

    PR External Links Referring Domains
    5 105 40
    4 189 86
    3 6 3
    3 607 29
    3 1065 70
    3 3946 79
    2
    2 33 15
    2 170 45
    2 556 53
    2 105 42
    2 68 29
    2 926 46
    2 231 184

Thank you for some of your suggestions. But I still waiting for answer to my main question about how to use the ExpiredDomains.net. As I said I can't get any domain meet my simple criteria, I think I must miss something.

Are you sorting by domains that expire tomorrow or become available tomorrow?

I can't see any link for sorting by expiry date or become available date. There are only "Dropped" column. But I found one setting which I haven't set it correctly, I set it to show "deleted .com". But still not sure what option should I choose, is GD Bid Okay?
