Need some script for making html pages from certain keywords

I have word document with more than 10000 lines of words sorted in categories and sub-categories.

for example i have Category
Internet
- Web design
- scripts
- etc

i have to make html pages from that keyword in this format
whatever the domain is DOT com /Category / Sub-caetgory dot h t m l

and between every space withing keyword i need -
and i know that there is some sort of php script that will do this so anyone can help me???
