This is my millionaire in 5mins method 
make your own videos. login to your cpa accounts briing up the stats/ payment page. Select file in your browser and save as web page complete.
If you have a program like "search and replace" go to the folder of the payment page and use the software to find the same $ value as stated in your network stats. once you have found the numbers in the html just edit them to what ever figure you want.
Now click on the html index file that you just saved and that will open up in your monitor just like a normal website, but now you have payment page saying whatever $$$ figure you want.
Now use any screeen capture video recorder to make your super affiliate home video.

payment & stats are not normally on the first page. so do the save as trick with the page before the stats page & just edit the button or hyper link you would normally click so that it will open the other fake page.
you can fake the login page entry, but it takes a liitle bit of work. I can fake it in after effects, a visual effects compositor.
