Hello
I do chatting with users online on sites like omegle, tohla, strangermeetup etc and say to chatting users to signup my referer link. after that i will send them my hot pic. Most of the people sign up because i convince them with the convincing chat. I first tell them to go to my site and then next to referer link
This is all i have done with automation. with automatic bot.
Now yesterday i received an email from tohla.com website owner or webmaster.
This is what it written in email.
Hi,
we have seen spam activity on tohla.com pointing to your site
XXXXtech.in . This is not acceptable. Please stop before we take
further actions.

I need to know whether i can keep my bot running or there is something to care about?
what type of legal actions he can take ?

Do you spin your spam messages? Try to post more rarely with your bot.

The worst thing they can do is ban your proxy. As far as I'm concerned they can't and won't do anything to your website.

yes i dont care about banning proxy or so. I can use new proxy everytime.
I want to know what else he can do?
is there something to fear about he can do??.
He can file a court case or anything like penalty of fine?
I am thinking to run my bots at mass or in bulk

You're only violating their TOS, so it is highly unlikely (but not impossible) for them to be able to do more than just ban your IP/account.

Usually TOS documents are vague and could be argued invalid in a court case by a competent lawyer in about two minutes, but in the case of a proper TOS document that has a clause which allows them to take legal action against you it is possible to end up in court.

However, it is extremely rare for anyone to start a lawsuit based on TOS, since the losses they might encounter due to your actions are minimal compared to the cost of a lawsuit, and nothing guarantees them a win.

Then there's the other little factor to consider, which is that you might be located in totally separate jurisdictions, which just racks up the costs of the lawsuit with a multiplier.

In short, yes, they could file a lawsuit, but the chances of you actually getting sued or losing the lawsuit are about as good as you winning the lottery.
