I want some one to create a fully optimized adsense site for me that will earn at least $10 per day.

You need to do niche research and tell me what domain name you want . I will get that domain and give you the wp account details.

I want some one to the the total work :

niche research
add articles
on page seo
link building and off page seo

Pm me for detail about this work . I have $100 bugdet for this right now. The price is negotiable

a lot of webmasters here can build you a site that has optimized ads3nse positions. but with no guarantee on the earnings you will have.

keyword research is needed as one big factor.
 
He said $10 a day.. that's a $30 a month site.. But yes, I also agree with deign23 on this one.
 
Why would someone make you a 300$/month site for 100$ when they can just make 1 for themselves and make 3 times that much in a month... If you think about it its not a good offer at all.

I can understand that $100 may be not enough so i have written the price is negotiable.

Couldnt agree more. You're asking someone to do keyword research AND find the golden goose keyword, create your blog, optimize it, hire writers or write themselves. After that they use xrumer, scrapebox or whatever to build links, wait a few months (while they steadily keep building links and adding content) and FINALLY when it starts paying off, they hand it all over to you. I'd charge that $100 or even more just for finding a golden keyword for you. For the whole thing, I doubt anyone would be willing to guarantee earnings anyway. For the work alone, I'd charge around $300.

I think there will be many who can work for OP but no one can't provide any assurance that site will earn at least 10$ per day.
what should be the suitable budget for performing the OP's job done.

Why doesn't the poster just go over to Flippa and find seller of an Adsense optimized site that's already making $300 a month who wants to flip it?

Yeah, because I will outsource the whole project quite cheaply, maybe just do the keyword research myself. In addition to that, I wouldnt guarantee ANY earnings.

@ OP, this thread is dumb. $100 isn't even close to a fair price. If you were asking for $1 a day then fair enough, but you're just going to get ripped off offering that amount by some noob who will waste your time.
 
yeah I agree, look for something in flippa thats earning a few a day and then reinvest and try and improve the sight

Also, you say your making $300 a day with cj. So why wouldn't you want to increase that or use the money from that to pay more?

Depends on the source of revenue, source of traffic, age and a few other factors.

If it's Adsense/CPA, mainly organic, year +, you're probably looking about 45k.

If it requires work (ie it's a service) you might only get 10k.

And some niches are even worse than that (ie movies).
 
My sites are all business, finance and employment and the revenue of the ones that make that kind of money is adsense/CJ with all organic traffic. I have three that average over 2,500.00 monthly in that genre... I would be hard pressed to sell them because they are like an annuity as I do not do anything to promote them anymore... I haven't written an article, posted a backlink... nothing in over a year for any of those three sites.

It's nice to know that there is some decent equity there though for when my wife wants to buy another freaking house.
