Need some help with my blog

Hello guys! I managed to get my website/blog up and running

And basically I need to know how to add a gateway blocker, so that when the visitor clicks the movie he/she wants to see he/she will have to fill in a survey/click a link etc first. Can any of you guys help out?

Honestly I'd go with Olden's. He offers support and he has a very good reputation. Nobody likes to use a gateway from a network because you are bound to that networks shitty paying offers.
