Need some help or advice from fellow indians.

Hello.
i am making an autoblog type of site.But i am little hesitant to make such site because of risk of getting sued by copyright infringement.
So i would like to consult few Indians (since i am indian and indian laws are applicable.) who are making big money from autoblogs or copy paste other stuff from other sites. In short copying content and duplicating other sites...
Only want to consult experienced Indian peoples who have been successful and earning from past few years.

I think autoblog not work well in India.
Because all top tech blogger build brand there websites. Also they work in YouTube also..

U need to do some unique way to present your content to reach new user as well as current users..
