What proxies are best for making mass email accounts with pva

but im sure some1 will give you better opinion

why are you bumping a thread thats already at the top of the
proxy section? it cant be bumped any higher , patients for
others to reply is required .

It all depends on proxy and not proxy provider.
As one provider can have good and bad proxies. What You get is totally random thing.
So Your job is to test providers and see how good their proxies are with Your needed email service.
But most important nowadays are HOW you make those email accounts. If You want to make them from Your own browser then none of proxies will be good, because You will be tracked down by other things than Your IP
