Need some "BH" ways to deal with a neighbor.

So ive been living in this apartment complex for about 2 months now, i live in the basement unit and I have a neighbor above me. Its gotten to the point where I ready to kill these people! Its a young couple that are about 20-25 years old with 2 kids, totally white trash looking. Anyways they are so god damn noisy, it doesnt matter what time of the day it is they are always causing a ruckus. From 7AM to 3AM in the morning I can hear their music, TV, foot stomping. Normally I wouldn't care but when the music is so loud I can hear every lyric to a song or know what TV show their watching cause its so loud its a little excessive.

Ive talked to them before, seem to be on good terms with them, asked them if they could tone it down a little bit but they never do. At this point I'm tired of dealing with them (I dont believe in calling the cops for a noise complaint so I wont do that) so I need some suggestions on how to deal with them. I want to create my own kind of "noise" for them, im thinking sign them up for all kinds of shit using their cell phone so their constantly getting called all day everyday, or put them on some kind of mailing list to where their mailbox is constantly full of junk snail mail everyday.

Do you guys have any ideas what to do? Right now all I have is a first name, mailing address, and license plate number to their car.

I've done this before on a friend, just for fun.
Put an ad on craigslist for a free TV. Say you got a new TV and are getting rid of the old one. First one that calls gets it. And put their phone number.
Don't forget to hide your own email.
Within minutes my friend's voicemail box was full.
He was getting called nonstop until it was taken down. It was good!

Dude, it's like living in a bad neighbor hood , getting robbed, then complaining about it.

You need to realize no matter what you do to them, the noise isn't going to stop.

So, now you got noise to deal with plus the cops to worry about...lol

Don't dig your self in a hole for your neighbors...

Go to the complex manager and complain...simple as that.

While they are all asleep get one of those HUGE glues for metal and wood and go glue the fuck out of their entrance door from the appratment. Rinse and repeat until you achieve your goal

Also ewhoring is a good idea for cell phones: Go post a buch of ads but instead of reffering them to friendfinder give em a phone number. Auto responder would be great. (twist: tell them that if their your picks up the phone to hang up and try in 10minuteS).

Yeah the ideas you have aren't going to help your situation. Don't waste time being an annoyance yourself, do something that will possibly fix the situation.

Learn hacking, take there internet down, send them a virus control there computer, umm cut there cable, kill the power All that good stuff.

2 Suggestions -

1. BH WAY - SMS SPOOF - Buy some sms spoofing credits (lots of good sites for this), and send them a RUDE MSG about the noise everyday from some weird number until they stop.

2. If I was you, I would just Stick a big Note on their door "SHUT THE FUCK UP" or "Keep down the Fucking Noise down" (with super glue ofcourse) every now and then.

3. WH WAY - Talk to other people in the building, they must be getting fed up due to the noise too. Once you take into confidence 2-3 people who are facing disturbance due to this noise, your work will be much easier.

Been there, done that already. My solution was to cut mine and the troubled one next door to me's electricity. Then I acted like, "damn, someone is ..cking with us, could it be about the noise? don't think so!" I did this 2 or 3 times even, hired a guy to turn the two main switches down.

I called the manager, complaint him about a ghost playing with me and my neighbours lines. At the end, they cooled down their jets. We're good neighbours since then

Sometimes I play the music so loud and even get warning from them.

lol I think I found a winner here! The only thing is that I dont have his phone number. "I could put in the ad, dont have a cell right now, spot by anytime" But that would be pretty mean to the people that actually drive to the house to get an "item"

And to everyone that says call the apt manager/police, thats just being a whinny little bitch right there, and Im not like that. Ive already talked to the people once and they didnt listen to my request so its time to take matters into my own hands.

Try sleeping with some white noise it works for me. Even if you do something for revenge how is that going to stop the noise? I think a lot of people don't realize especially in an upstairs apartment how noisy it is. Just talk to them, bring the dude into your apartment so that he can hear how loud it is. Most people don't want to disturb anyone.

Living in a basement sucks and this is why the rent is cheaper! Been there and it was a royal pain in the arse. Once you are pissed with it it really annoys you the slightest bit of noise.

My landlord who did the basement was a cheap twat so no soundproofing was put between the floors. When I started mentioning it to the woman & daughter I swear they got louder. It was all over in a month as they were moving out and we took the whole house on ...

I feel your pain but revenge is not going to bring it home how noisey it is, they are probably just behaving normally. Why not let them come down and experience it first hand?
