Well BHW, since I told YouTube to go pound it, I've had the opportunity to do exactly what some smug asshat from YT advised me to do, make something better if I thought YT sucked. Well, I did just that. It's a work in progress, but it's not too bad for the first month and only being opened officially for about 2 weeks. So far the number of people joining have been spurratic at best. One guy has been uploading a bunch of videos and another uploading audio. The content is building, but unfortunately the user interaction is not. At least not as fast as I want to see it. So, any tips, advise on BH or WH methods to get the people in? YouTube used obvious BH methods early on and grew quickly. If that's what it takes, I will. The site is here: http://www.moonport.org Like I said, the site is a long way from completion, but I want to get it kickstarted, regardless of the methods employed (bots, mass accounts, etc). In other words, I want to make it grow JUST LIKE YOUTUBE DID in the beginning. Any ideas? Suggestions? Want to lend a hand? I'm all ears.
