OK so I'll give you guys a little back ground on my situation. About a year ago I heard about account "recoveries" for online gaming ps3/xbox. For those of you that dont know what recoveries are, its using a jailbroke gaming console to mod online game stats in real time.

For example Rockstar games sales $1,250,000 Grand Theft Auto 5 money for about $20 USD
A recovery can give you $50,000,000 in game for $20 USD (or whatever price the seller charges)

So I was ignorant enough to take my recovery service to eBay and got hit with MC999 pretty fast, but it did take about a week. So here's my dilemma, I can't go back to ebay because this is tecnically a "digital product" and rockstar flagged my listing so I'm pretty sure I wouldn't get away with going back to eBay.

I've tried craigslist and I might sell one recovery a day where I was selling 3 an hour on eBay. I only have an ad in two cities, maybe I need a bot that can post in every city for me but I dont know if such a thing exists, I'm thinking I'd get flagged pretty fast.

There's another site I could sell on that's devoted to selling this type of service but those kids are selling recoveries for as little as $4 and when it takes 20-30 minutes to do one account it really doesn't make it profitable enough to keep me in it.

How should I go about finding these guys that are willing to pay $20 an account again without using eBay or going on a site where the next guy is selling his for less than half price?

Also I was thinking to save time I could forward my accounts to the guys doing them for $4 and still make money with almost no overhead if this really gets rolling. But I need to find a way to get the word out, I'm a noob to seo and all. I'm not sure how to get people to find my service if they don't know what they're looking for yet. Any input/suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok took the time to read it but I have no idea of what you're talking about. Too many technical terms, hopefully someone will get you an answer.

if I can clear anything up let me know.. pretty much I'm trying to find a way to market/promote my game modding service that is frowned upon by the game companies and will get me banned from sites like ebay due to tos.

Why not get established on same gaming forums that allow sigs?

The forums that have been established either have a limited number of sellers allowed on the site, with a huge waiting line or are super competitive if they are open. Some sites ban this type of service all together.

One site, se7ensins, I can sell my service for $20, but the limit is 3 sellers at any given time and the only way to get in is to be put on the waiting list until a seller leaves the group. No seller has left in over a year.

Another site, NGU, allows any premium member to sell but itsso competitive it isnt worth the time. Some guys are doing the recovery service for $2-$4. It's only possible to do 2-3 accounts per hour so if I were to price my service based on that market I'm only making $12 and hour tops. Any one with a modded console and $40 for tools is getting on there and really over saturating the site.

On eBay I was selling 3 services an hour at $20 each so I was making around $300 some days. I'm trying to find a way to do that again consistently.

Try ranking a website, creating a fan page on FaceBook, or do PPC advertising.

If I were you I would do PPC while linkbuilding until the site ranks just to make some extra cash.

Sell your service on sites like Player Auctions or Sythe.org.

People kill for gaming content, I remember when I sold Runescape gold when I first started my marketing ventures. That was before most people knew what Facebook was.

Like I said - ones with signature space ... In other words, put it in the signature on your account and build reputation by making posts/replying to others.
I'm sure if you actually spent the time on Google it wouldn't take long.

It seems to me you're looking for someone to provide you with a way to make instant money with no work/time put in.
    This is a horrible mindset.

By the way, $12/hour is better than $0/hour ...

No I'm willing to put in the time and effort, I mean if I get backlogged with 20 orders I might consider out sourcing to other modders having difficulty finding buyers as well. I'm willing to work to advertise buy I dont want to throw money at a ppc campaign that doesn't return positive results.

There is your answer... get the worker-bees to do them. Set up a free store front and do a little bit of marketing.
