Need some advice from the Big Dog's

I'm looking to set up a bunch of adsense sites. I'm looking for the best software that I can drop a bunch of keywords into, and it will make a page for each keyword. collectPHP looks like a good one, but I can't find it. What's the best one to use, and where can I find a FREE copy?

I know one of you guys can help out a strugglin' old d00d.
