Need Shopping cart?

I need some sort of very simple solution to take payment for a service that people order on a regular basis (but not subscriptions), and accepts paypal and google checkout.

They click a button it goes to a nice order page where they can enter their details that we need, and then pay for it. Details would include their website, basic information, and some extra fields. Paypal nor google checkout have very good systems when it comes to that, and I would rather not give Paypal any more information about my clients than necessary.

I don't really want to go the full shopping cart route, at the same time don't want to have to code everything from scratch.

Sort of like a digital download cart without having anything to download (it's a service).

Any ideas to point me in the right direction?
