Need SEO work done for very easy, low competition word and a small amount of programming

I have a search term that I am needing to get from not on Google at all to first page. I do realize that this takes time and I'm willing to be patient. The good part is that this term has very low competition but a high amount of searchs. There are 49,500 monthly searches according to adwords and the competition rank is low.

The other thing that I need, but not sure how to do, is this:

I need a link on my insurance page that when someone clicks on it, the link takes you to one of my carriers websites. Easy enough. However, on the page that the link takes you to there is a small box that requires a special 5 digit code to be filled in. I am needing this box to pre-fill with a set code whenever someone clicks on the link that takes them to this page.

Please let me know your thoughts and/or offers.
