Need SEO in easy website

Here's the deal:

My mom has a small flower shop in a mid-sized city in Mexico. Business is going bad lately for her and I'd like to help her out by sending her customers through the internet.

I just started building a website which I believe will be ready in 3 or 4 weeks (I'm a noob in online marketing and website creation, but I'm learning fast) and I'm wondering if someone could SEO it so it can rank high in Google. The niche is pretty small and there's almost no competition, so I believe someone with experience will have no problem doing it

I'd like to know if someone would be willing to do it and if so, how much you would charge?

RC- you should have no problem doing it, just make sure (when you build the site) or (if you build the site) that you include the *niche* in the meta tags and title!!.. "look that up".... Also, use a blog, for the business!!, that could help out too!!!, just make sure someone doesn't try to get your money and run!!!..

One thing I like about this forums is that members really want to help each others and offer sincere advice.

The flower shop only delivers locally. The reason I want the website is because we have had a few orders from costumers coming from other parts of Mexico to deliver in my mom's city. These customers usually pay by bank deposit, but I believe adding the option of paying by paypal can increase sales and having an online gallery would be nice.

You are right helloall, the site will be very targeted for the specific city and language, this is why I'm sure it will be extremely easy to SEO. I wrote the keywords I wanted in Google, and only 3 or 4 websites can be considered to be the "competition"; they are in Spanish.
