Need SEO Consultation

Hi I've got access to ahrefs I'd like to go over it with someone who is experienced with local SEO. I need to analyse a website. My client wants to improve their local ranking. I'd like to skype with a SEO expert and share my screen. I'd like to know if there is any potential and what they can do to improve their ranking and how much this would cost.

Eventually I'd forward the job to you. I prefer someone from Europe because of the time zone.
