    Hi Everyone:

We have learned a lot from this site over the last 6-years, but this is the first time we have posted for freelancer/vendor help.

We operate a small in-house agency for our parent corp. And this tasks us with managing all marketing for seven U.S. based small businesses. As such we are pretty good with "best practice" crap. But when something requires a savant we can't do it ourselves; and we also can't hire a typical SEO agency to handle it either (as those morons who purchased "big box store" degrees don't have the intellect to troubleshoot anything other than what they were fed in school).

In 2015 one of our managed accounts experienced a severe negative SEO attack along with injection of negative "search suggestion" bait. We tried very hard to do something about this, and we have good documentation on the matter, but we were unable to improve it whatsoever. Note: we did not fall for hiring someone like Reputation Defender, as they would not tell us any logic behind what they were doing (their service was created for dumb middle exec sheep).

We are not looking for just the end solution. When we pay for any vendor service we want to be educated on the topic. And we need someone who has the resources and intellect to explain to us how this cloaked attack happened, how the search injection happened, how we will combat the search injection with our own search injection, and how to implement systems for al our managed accounts to prevent/mitigate such problems in the future.

Please let us know if you have the resources to do something like this. If you do, we can privately send you the limited documentation we have been able to unearth about the attack. And if you are qualified we will gladly hire you to start digging.

    Thanks for you time.
