Who says you need referral to sign up there? Just go to their sign up page and fill in your application, call them up and tell them what you gonna do with their offers and bang you will be in.
Hydra is not a private network dude. Just call them up and make them feel that you are serious about working with them and they won't say no to you.

Hydra want a minimum of $10,000 a month turnover now verified from another network. Dont bother with Hydra , they are in deep trouble

On the signup page, when you scroll over "More info" in the Referral section, a box pops up with the following:
Hydra is an invitation only affiliate network. You must provide the contact information of the current affiliate that referred you.
From this, does it not seem like a new signup would need a referral?
