Need recommendation for bot coder

Just looking for opinions on coders (indian or otherwise) for a social network bot. Not for FB, MS or any of the big ones but I need a bot that will auto send messages, friend add and maybe bulletins for a social site. I don't know fuck all about coding or linux or anything so it needs to be an easy to use windows interface.

In visual basic you can made powerfull programs and is realy simple to learn i just watched some video on youtube and now im able to make auto poster/friend adder and alot of web bots
