Need Quick Coding Job Done - 5 Minutes for $10

i'm using the revenge site script.

all i want to do is simply add a form where the person enters a code.
if they enter the correct code they will be redirected to a certain webpage.
if they enter the incorrect code they will be told they entered the incorrect code.

that's it.

i think this should take one of you smart cookies about 5 minutes to do if that. i'll paypal you $10.
