The value of your domains depends on a lot of factors.
    Especially the niche is important.

For example an emd in weight loss niche would be much more worth than an emd in the gaming niche.

Like M4XW3LL said, it's worth the price it cost to register it.

If the domains already had websites built out generating X amount of UV per day, it would be easier to determine a value... but just the domain with no web property attached is worth as much as you can build it to with traffic.

EMD's lost their extra power a while ago. What are you basing your searches on? Exact or phrase matching. 350,000 exact match would be unusual.

Nothing. Maybe an EMD will help you a little bit if you are targeting that keyword but at this point it doesnt matter as much as SEO. If you want to sell domains/sites they have to be making money already ;)

For ranking, that emd domain won't provide as much help as compared to your on and off page seo. You could flip it though if you can get it cheap, there are some people who would break bank on this sort of domains.

I wouldn't give much importance to an EMD, and certainly not purchase it for a higher price than regfee.
It also depends on the number of words & if the domain is what we call "brandable" or not.

As an example "how to make money online as a student" is up to 22K search a month, and the domain is available in EMD for 2.99. But it doesnt worth more.
