Need proxy guru/network engineer advice

Im a novice using my iphone's verizon data plan hotspot on my laptop with antidetect browser

I go airplane mode to get a new IP before accessing the next instagram account and I do this for 10

Can instagram see Im using the same phone data plan? Like is there a way to trace it's subnet or something? Thank you for any replies

No they can't.
Each time you connect to network - you get a new IP from local provider's pool.
Subnet is the same(usually) but there could be millions of ip addreses in that subnet and even several subnets.
You can check your system and connection at browserleaks.com.
Facebook is using many techniques to analyze your account and that's not only about the ip address and your system's fingerprint. Your activity and behavior does matter too.

They can see you are using the same carrier network. But, that's it.

Not really. OP is refreshing his IP, yes IP 1 might have been flagged by 2 big websites, but by that point OP is on to the next IP.

These big websites will know the carrier network, but each carrier network will have millions of IP's and (depending on location) millions of customers.

Nothing to worry about.
 
No they cannot.

When you switch your IP, you might even stay within the same subnet. These subnets are so large and are usually whitelisted on social media like Facebook, Instagram, etc. Should not pose any issues.

Do phone carrier lend out the same IPs so often if I do actions on the same IP on 3 accounts its not an issue?

Correct. There is a lot of IP sharing between devices on mobile networks in its natural state. Should not be a huge issue.

Rough numbers but Sprint has/had 39M IPs announced on their networks, yet they had (before the merge) 54.3M customers. Additionally, I can assure you that a large portion of those 39M IPs are being hosted by external companies that has no relation to their cellular network.

Lol @proxygo is not going to help you.....he'd rather police a guy that actually did help you for posting twice than offer anything helpful thats just what he does

posting 2/3/4 times in a row when 2/3 replys
can be combined into 1 is a nono here
and can result in members getting a warning from a mod
so giving them a heads up is better than a mod warning
