Found a solution, You need Socks5 proxies. Use proxybonanza.com you get an HTTP and a Socks5 proxy ($10 a month though) but works for mailings and Google doesnt mark it as spam.
Read the AUP of the proxy provider you use for email spamming.
That can cause legal problems, huge fees and stuff like that if you get their IPs banned or uplink abuse mails etc.
It depends mainly if you cause their IP to appear on blacklists or trigger abuse complaints.
Both can be a major problem for a provider and they tend to pass their problems to the responsible clients

Who the fuck cares about the company providing? i certainly don't. If they want to take me to court, good luck. It only effects the companys upstream and ip blocks, doesn't effect me. Nor should i care, don't provide such a abuse able service and ask nicely not to mail through em.
80% of all paid socks proxy sites and just botnets anyway.
