Can we convert the .pdf to a .doc with Adobe Acrobat Pro? Is there anything else we can do for that matter?

Adobe Acrobat Pro and NitroPDF are both expensive. Actually i am using a cheaper way. First, http://www.anypdftools.com/pdf-to-word.html#153using pdf to word converter. As it can preserve all the content, images, page layouts and hyperlinks from pdf to word. Then you may edit in word and convert back to pdf using office 2007.
The cost is only a franction of pdf editors on the market.

Except for the cost of office 2007 if you're going to pay for software
    in the first place.

I use Adobe Illustrator; it allows you to make any conceivable change to the PDF and completely preserves its appearance.

It really depends on what type of PDFs you're working with (forms, docs or just images) and what your intended results are. If it's just for images, just convert to an image like jpeg or whatever and use your favorite image editor. If you're dealing with documents and forms and you need to fill in and save data, etc., you'll need something like NitroPDF or of course, the beast: Adobe Acrobat.

Either way you go, I think there's a nulled Nitro PDF somewhere on this forum, and of course all kinds of other stuff elsewhere on the net.

I normally use able2extract to convert pdfs to doc files....it works like a charm!.... once you've edited the content in doc file, you can easily convert it back to pdf format with the help of any converter....

Following are some able2extract downloads available on rapidshare... u can look up the same rapidshare search engine to convert doc files bak to pdf (if required)... cheers!

    Code:

If you want free, use PDF Escape. It's a free online pdf editor, nothing to download. It's a little cumbersome, but it works. You know you can also get a free 30-day trial of adobe acrobat pro if you just need a short term solution.

Download from torrents nitro pdf, adobe professional.

It's faster to google something first and after that ask for help.

IMO, Infix is the best PDF editor. It's pricey, but they do have a "Pay & Save" option that's a lot cheaper, especially if you're going to edit only one document.

    Code:
    Infix PDF Editor
    http://www.iceni.com/infix.htm

    Infix Pay & Save Option
