Need Professional Opinion of domain broker

    Are there any professional domain brokers on here who can just assist me with how to counter offer a fairly large (in the thousands) inital offer on one of my domains (not one i had up for sale just owned).

    Not really, really just need advice in this one situation. I mean id be open to throwing over 25 bucks of btc or something for their prof opinion but basically its just a question of what they think in terms of counter offer and what the person on the other end is thinking

    If it's not too late, sorry didn't see sooner. Where most make a mistake on a domain sale is simply focusing on the name - looking at Estibot or other free values STOP!! that - and completely ignoring the hard facts (if they exist).

    I know nothing about the name your selling so I am being overly general, purposely.

    If your name has actual traffic, document that, factor out a multiple of the income or potential to support your asking price and prove higher value. Find some comparable names for sale and use them (just a Realtor would do for a home). Market factors (hot name e.g. Crypto right now) is it a solid ketword etc..
