Need paypal help

Now, they are asking to add a new credit card. I don't know what really is the issue here as my credit card is working great for me.
I don't want to block another cc here.

Moreover, how can I remove existing cc from their list? I didn't see any option to remove it.

Any help would really be appreciated.

P.S.- I'm from India, so Indian paypal rules apply on my account.

There is so much Restrictions for Indian Paypal Accounts after Sep-Oct 2011 .
Either they need more information from you regarding your Transactions.like :

1 : Why you Send money to someone (Purpose of Payment) ?
2 : What you selling ?(Merchandise Description)
3 : Shipping Proof (if deal in Tangible products)
4 : Verify your Bank Account, Update the PAN Card to let the Account verified..

There is long lists in paypal regulations in which they can make your Account limited.

You can't Delete your existing CC details, just add new and Check the new one as a primary...and from now on that will be used for your Future Purchases....
