I want to open a website targeting India and i'm kind of lost, so i'm willing to give 5-10$ for someone to spend some time with me and explain a few things. I'll also need to buy an .in domain maybe.
Basically i need you to translate some things, for example, if i want to sell coffee you'll need to tell me how indians search on google when they want to buy coffee.
    Easy job, easy money.

So you will use "download" if you are looking to download something, or some other word?

Another a little off-topic question: how many people in India understands hindi? 100%? and how many understands english (from those who uses internet).

First of all very few in India actually use Hindi to search in google. LoL, noone will search for Coffee ki dukaan and download in hindi is डाउनलोड which is the same. If you are targeting Indian traffic by using .in then just use normal terms what you use for US.

I am from India. I think 99% of people who have access to Internet will search with English keywords only. No one uses Hindi language.

Yeah, as many people have said, do not use hindi to target the indian population. Most of the population that has access to the internet will use english keywords. Just use coffee, download, etc.

    Good luck my friend,
    Kev
