Need merchant account for recurring/subscription billing for NEW business

I'm looking for a merchant account without a bunch of hoops to jump through that can do subscription (monthly) billing.

I've previously done subscription billing through PayPal but the problem is that PayPal notifies people every time they're billed and it results in cancellations.

I would prefer to have someone billed to their monthly credit card statement as most most people either overlook this or are too lazy to take the steps to cancel if they're not using the service/product.

Suggestions?

LoL what do you think that will happen if you don't notify people of the rebill?

2CO sends out a receipt when someone makes a payment. The OP is looking for someone that does not do that.

I would not want to be that customer as I think that is bad business but that is what he is looking for.
