Need marketers. Generate Oil and Gas Industry leads.

I am not some person looking to start making money online from scratch, I have an established company dealing in this industry with an excellent reputation offline. I am already "set" financially.

I am not an affiliate of some site looking to create a downline, I own a company and I am looking to hire marketers on a commission basis.
I have reached financial security through this, and hope to help fellow bhw members achieve the same, all while continuing to grow myself.

I hope to establish relationships with around five (5) marketers as soon as possible.

I may be a "newbie" on here, but I am highly experienced when it comes to this.

You may be asking why I am on BHW if I have had success in this industry, the simple answer is each lead I get has the potential to significantly increase my financial standing. Through research I have found this site has some of the most successful marketers out there.

If you are new to IM this is not for you, I will only be working with established marketers with proven success.

Successful leads can generate up to $25,000 for the marketer. A "successful lead" means you referred someone to us, and we were able to broker a deal involving the referred clients minerals. You will receive anywhere from 40% to 50% of our net profit if you referred the seller.

We keep the ip of those you have referred for 30 days, meaning if they come back 5 days after you refer them, you will still receive commission.

All it takes is one successful deal to change your life.

I'm very excited to start working with a few of you, and can't wait to send out my first big commission check. I also thought that I would mention, if you are looking to stay off the radar this is not for you, you will have to fill out a 1099 form and your payment will be reported to the government, you will be considered a contractor.

I want to clarify this comment, I am still only accepting 5-10 well qualified affiliates. However I am now accepting any marketers willing to write articles, create blogs, "how to" sites etc in exchange for a much smaller commission.

So does this last comment negate the $25k /40-50% of net commission? Not a great way to start out here if so.

I can do this. It would be premium content that would be driving the traffic as well. I just started working on an investment site w/ a partner. He is VP of finance at a College in my state & runs their budget ect. I believe he teaches there as well. Masters in finance ect..& pretty steady/successful investor. He is producing all of the content for our investment site.
Well, we were siting down working/talking about the site a week ago, and he mentioned that be buys oil & gas leases, & they have performed quite well for him. He would generating the content. I would be taking care of the marketing/traffic, just as we are with the investment site.

I am pretty sure he would be interested in this, as I am. Assuming its legit.

Filing as 1099 is obviously not a problem.

This is your opportunity to get into a niche that would normally require extensive offline connections. If you are just starting in IM this is not for you, looking for experienced individuals only.

For those i messged, please get back to me with any questions or concerns. Also any suggestions are appreciated, I am more involved in business offline, however I have some knowledge of internet marketing.

Two people have already asked me why they can't just skip me and make the full 10%.

I encourage those thinking of this to give it a shot, if you contact any reputable company, not only will you have to have a registered business, you must have a reputation. Not too mention the risk associated with what I do. Checking a title for an oil and gas property can cost $1200, and we may not even purchase it. We may buy a property for $55,000 and not make our money back for 5 years, then again we may double our money in five months.

No one on BHW has the connections offline to operate something like this, however if you think you can I encourage you to try. Or you can just make 5% and avoid all the trouble
