There are many ways to get page rank 1 on Google --
1. Do keyword research
2. Post quality content (around 500-1000) in web 2.0 sites, article sites
3. You can make infographics, images, and videos and share it with social media sites
4. Blog commenting and press release

How to rank position 1
- right click and open inspect element.
- select the first result
- Change the HTML title, URL and meta description to yours
- Congrats you ranked position 1

I have used this method a few times and it always works for me.
Here it goes...
1 go to google, perform a search for the keyword you want to rank at the top position.
2. Press shift print screen or use zabgrab to make a screenshot of the entire page.
3. Search for your company name or specific url in google, you should be able to find your page.
4 now zapgrab your position, not the entire page, just the bit where you appear.
5 open paint or any other simple program. Open the first screenshot of the google page with the keyword
6 copy and paste the screenshot of your searchresult now at the top position.
7 save page as "google ranking nr1"
There you have it, you are at the top page of Google.
Easy as pie!

You need to keep up to date on all the latest SEO techniques, and not keep pounding your sites with 2005 shit.
