Need Instagress advice (settings etc)

Hi all. I'm pretty new to this forum and instagram botting, but my account on IG is about 4 years old and always been active, but over 4 years I have gained only about 350 followers and IG removed about 100 when they did their spring clean up last year.

I've been using Instagress for 5 days straight now on fast setting. Commenting and liking only. I've no idea how many followers I get per day, but I think its somewhere around 20-30. I read somewhere that I should vary the speeds daily. So will start doing that from now on. Is it safe to run it 24/7 at different speeds or is better to run it for say 12h a day? Also, what could I do to gain more followers per day? Would buying FollowLiker help? I like how Instagress is online and I can access it from anywhere. But if FL would help me gain more followers, then I am willing to make the move.

Any advice is welcome.

You can always buy a vps to run FL. That you way you can use any computer to login via RDP.

Hmm, OK. But will FL give me more followers per day? I lack to see how, if I use the same settings as I do in Instagress... Don't wanan be too aggressive and get banned.
