Need info about MLM Scheme

I have a pretty good idea that would convert pretty well into a MLM business, however my experiance in the area is not extensive as I am not really a "company" guy rather a lone wolf.

Does anyone know a good resource on how to start up one of these companies and how to "sell" people on the idea of your idea?

Step one is to get a very good lawyer. You are gonna need one. The MLM laws vary so wildly from state to state it is mind boggling. Make sure yor product is consumeable and you have a patent on it. As far as starting the process, you could probably do a google search and uncover some decent info.....

Honestly, if you know enough people, and can take out a huge loan from your bank for a brand new ferrari / beach house to convince people about your MLM business, you will make bank!!...

Definitely consult with an attorney though!!... I got my ass kicked outta "team-quixstar", when their lawsuit went down.....damn people!!...

Haha, I know people are making money but the question is how do you convince someone else they can make money with "your" system?

If I can get some steps written out so I can start brainstorming that's what i'm looking for.
