I wonder if I can use these doba.com, worldwidebrands.com dropshippers for making business in Europe or are they more for the USA?

What dropshippers are you using for Europe if not the above?

Any input is much appreciated.

@OP if you are into dropshipping, speak to me. I run a wholesale nail art and stickers business. Fast moving cheap generic brand products. Profit margin is decent as well depending upon your order quantities.

Worldwide brands like most are geared up for US, but there are some on there who do Europe too.
