Honestly if you type different SEO type phrases into Goog like SEO tips, blah blah and read though you'll get a bunch of sites up and you could see which you like more and which you don't, not all are forums...

Also what is cool about doing that is you will get a good knack for what is B.S. and what is legit and you'll be able to see different SEO/bh tactics people use/attempt to use...

Just keep your head up and try to identify things you've been learning about when you read....

make a search in the forum ,then you will get the detail,planty free ebook,and tool.
