What wp-o-matic does is it pulls posts from RSS feeds, and posts them on your blog. So, when it says feed, it refers to an RSS feed which can be found on many sites simply by clicking the RSS button. WP-O-Matic can even find the feed in most sites if you just put in the sites base url, so you don't have to go looking for the RSS url. What you need to do is search around for some Healthy living RSS feeds which deal specifically with your niche.

I don't have wp-o-matic installed on any of my blogs currently, so I can't walk you through it as detailed as you may need, but you goto the settings tab in your WP Dashboard and click on wp-o-matic, from there you can add a campaign, which is where you can input all the RSS feeds you just collected. When you are done, just click campaigns, and you'll see the campaing you just made. Click fetch, and it will start pulling the feeds. its gonna hang for a bit while it does this, so don't close your browser, navigate away from that page, or anything to disturb it otherwise it won't pull the feeds.

    hope this helps. :)

It could be a problem with the version of MagpieRSS that you have on your WordPress installation. I'm can't remember if it was wp-o-matic or feedwordpress but one of them had instructions on their website telling you to upgrade a particular file from the one that is installed with WordPress to get it working properly.

Why not try autoblogged instead? I think it's a bit better. It ususally asks if you want to automatically upgrade your MagpieRSS too.
