Hello everyone, I finally decided to begin my journey to earn money by internet marketing and in this case by email marketing.
I ordered VPS with windows OS, then I installed IIS6,
In ISS I added new SMTP domain, in advanced IP settings I changed my TCP port to 2525,
I didn't know if I need setting relay and how to accurately do it.
in one special site i checked if my domain has everything ok (dns, reverse, resolves), everything turned out ok.
Then I installed Atomic Mail sender on my VPS, I configured mailer settings and added smtp server domain with port 2525 with authentication entering my login which i created in my vps settings but when I try to send test email to my personal mail at gmail it doesn't do anything, then I changed port back to 25 and it showed that it successfully managed to send it but I didn't receive it.

Now can anyone please explain me what did I do wrong or what I haven't done to successfully send mass e-mails. You can answer here or through PM, the help would be really appreciated because I am really motivated to develop my skills in this area but I don't know where I made mistake.

    Maybe your server is blacklisted??
i suggest to get a linux vps and send directly to your desktop.

on the first site which I found on google when I typed
check mail server blacklist it did tests on my VPS IP and it showed everything ok except for "BARRACUDA" don't know what's that but it is only one blacklist.

Could it be that I did something wrong while configuring smtp server? Did I miss some steps?

I also added maildotdomaindotcom to my MX settings because that is my domain name for emailing

Thank you for suggestion, I was checking mochahost, is it good provider? Also is it sufficient to have 1gb ram and 2.26Ghz for some e-mail harvest software and mass sender like Atomic?

i can build one for you for a low price.

Just get a linux vps (cost $30 to $60)
    1 domain at Namecheap

I will configure all the settings for guaranteed inbox.
    SPF/DKIM/RDNS/IP ROTATION.

You can send many emails as you want. And dont worry about spam complaints, all complaints will go to your address not on your vps provider.
You own the server, your own rule.

If you have a desktop mailer or insterspire. This is the perfect solution.
