ok so i did some research about a site i want to do seo on and see that there is no relevant title or description no H1 no H2
luckily for me it ranks high in PR and has 10 times the back link of the competition so im thinking this can be easy to do
my issue is that i do need to rank for a lot of keywords and if i enter them all in the title etc. then the site will look ugly with a long ass title but on the other hand if i hide the text i can get punished by the SE or even get permanently for "keyword spam" so my question is:
    how do i overcome this?
is there a way to use a long ass list of keywords in title in the html page with out it showing to humans ugly and still have it index and not get a punishment by SE? any suggestions?
    thank you guys please help

That is a funny issue for sure... If you are thinking of purely black hat methods... you can think of cloaking...

for whitehat... I am not so sure... Also, it is not a very good idea to change the titles of the webpages after they are indexed...

Don't try to use every keyword for home page... Use different urls for different keywords and only use few for main... This way site will look natural and will have better SEO score and will be more stable in ranking... No need to hide or mask or cloak any thing...

There are a number of whitehat and grey hat tactics.

See my posts on spliffs (Keyword stuffing that doesn't technically break the rules): full URLs, variable names, css class names, html comments, image maps, id attributes, name attributes, alt attributes, title attributes, empty label tags w/ for attribute, page anchor points, unnecessary url params, directory renaming, js & css & image file renaming ...

You can control the layout using CSS. I have always used CSS to control my H Tags or other elements of onpage SEO.
